There have been steady and substantial gains in the retirement earnings through cost of living adjustments and increases in the retirement formula. In the past 20 years, compounded COLA and Formula increases have netted a better than 150% increase in salary for retirees!

Those electing payroll deduction have $7,500 AD&D coverage; those not electing payroll deduction have $2,500. Long term care insurance, as well as other coverage is available which may be deducted from the retirement check if the approved company is selected.
